CIGA Extension

Important proposed extension of the power under CIGA to amend and modify the effect of corporate insolvency and governance legislation (by regulation) from 30 April 2021 to 29 April 2022. I suspect we might see the extension of the relaxation to the wrongful trading laws and other extensions to the so called temporary changes under CIGA.
